Holiday Gift Show
Yes, Virginia, there will be a Holiday Gift Show at TACtile this year! We’ve been assured that we’ll be in our usual space at Tamarac Square until January, so with this reassurance, the Gallery Committee is hard at work to make this year our best ever Holiday Gift Show.
TACtile Textile Arts Center wants to become THE destination for finding exquisite, one-of-a-kind gifts. But, we can only have that kind of Holiday Gift Show with the help of YOU, our members, putting your creative talents to work. So, start creating those unique pieces--art to wear, home décor items, jewelry, baskets, and more!
Note, that by becoming THE destination for people wanting to purchase these art items, TACtile becomes YOUR place to enhance your development as an artist.
We will send out the official call for entries for the Holiday Gift Show soon, once we’ve fixed the start date--we’re expecting it to be late October (earlier than previous years!), after our Fall Fiber Frenzy (yes, it was so much fun in March we’re planning on doing it again this October!)
But, for now, as the saying goes, “Go to your room and make some ART”!
